This application-based course meets seven hours of the 14-hour post-licensing requirement in Pennsylvania. Licensees must take a seven-hour general module and seven hours in either commercial or residential.
In this Pennsylvania General Module course, licensees will be presented with scenario-based and inquiry-based content covering duties of licensees, closing costs, agreements of sale (including addenda and special clauses), title reports, zoning, agency relationships and representation agreements, and environmental concerns.
This application-based course meets seven hours of the 14-hour post-licensing requirement in Pennsylvania. Licensees must take a seven-hour general module and seven hours in either commercial or residential.
In this Pennsylvania Residential Module course, licensees will be presented with scenario-based and inquiry-based content covering Uniform Construction Code and zoning, environmental issues, types of construction, land development, home inspections and warranties, mortgage information, fair housing, and agreements of sale. The course will also dive into case studies from real estate and disciplinary actions.
